-          Video Session summaries

o   Session One: Jesus Courage (21:10)— In this session, Nicole discusses why courage is necessary for the Christian life. She also asks us to consider how much courage we have and how God might be calling us to grow in bravery.

o   Session Two: Our Daily Brave (24:14)— Conformity is the default setting in our souls. But Jesus invites each of us to develop the spiritual skills needed to bravely stand up against the patterns of this world.

o   Session Three: True Grace (21:47)— Many of us don’t like that we need grace. When we make a mistake or do something wrong, we deny, displace, compartmentalize, intellectualize, and overcompensate instead of embracing the grace of Jesus. But we cannot overestimate the power of his grace in our lives.

o   Session Four: Grace Effects (22:09) — Giving grace to others takes courage. Nicole challenges us to let go of anger and unforgiveness and consider the benefits of bravely extending God’s grace to those around us.

o   Session Five: Fight (23:57)— We have all experienced troubled relationships. When conflict arises, we have a choice in how we respond. By being brave enough for questions, convictions, and change, we can choose the way of Jesus in those challenging moments.

o   Session Six: Calling (23:36)— We are all gifted, but we are not all the same. We have each been uniquely called to glorify God and contribute to his kingdom in different ways. A first step for discovering our callings is being brave enough to listen to God’s voice.

o   Session Seven: Limits (21:38)— We live in a world that equates freedom with a boundaryless existence, but God has given us boundaries and calls them good. When we spend time in silence and stillness with God, our priorities and perspectives are set in the right places, and we will find joy in the limits he gives.

o   Session Eight: Brave Enough (15:02)— In this final session, Nicole encourages us to embrace that we are beloved by Jesus. Only then will we find the courage to become holy, persevere, and believe in God’s promises.
