In six in-depth sessions, award-winning rapper Kevin “KB” Burgess walks us through different dangerous aspects of our Lord and our faith—Jesus, the gospel, love, friends, blessings, and identity—and helps us discover how we can become dangerously good for the Kingdom of God.

o   Session One: Dangerous Jesus (10:00)— How would you describe Jesus? In this session, KB issues a challenge to embrace the scandalous concept of a dangerous Jesus and change our lives to become more aligned with how Jesus lived his.  

o   Session Two: Dangerous Gospel (12:20)— The gospel of Jesus is wildly different from the easy, inoffensive gospel of popular culture. Jesus’ gospel isn’t only focused on saving us; it invades our lives and forces us to become lights in a world of darkness.

o   Session Three: Dangerous Love (14:56)— As citizens of the Kingdom of God, we are expected to love with the dangerous love of Jesus, elevating those that others despise and serving our neighbors with mercy, truth, and justice, no matter our political party or social position. 

o   Session Four: Dangerous Community (15:07)—The world is plagued by loneliness, and the church should be the answer. KB explores what it looks like to create good-dangerous church communities full of God’s power that will push us to walk in the light and grow in love and wisdom.

o   Session Five: Dangerous Blessing (15:26)— We often only see the hand of God working when things are neat, resolved, and explainable, but an easy life is not a sign of God’s blessing. Jesus suffered greatly, and we will suffer, too. We need to reframe our understanding of blessing to recognize that God cares more about our transformation and spiritual growth than our comfort. 

o   Session Six: Dangerous Identity (14:20)— Satan is on a mission to attack our identities and make us question who and whose we are. But when we live like powerful, beloved, dangerous children of God, we will find freedom and purpose in who he has made us to be.
