o   Session One: Imagine the God of Heaven (14:55)— John describes how he initially struggled to believe in near-death experiences (NDEs), but in his research, he discovered that millions of people have reported having NDEs and that their stories have incredible commonalities. He asserts that NDEs are a way that God has revealed his great love for all people.

o   Session Two: The God of All Nations (15:45)— People from many countries and many religions have met Jesus in their NDEs. This is evidence that God is for everyone and wants all people to know and follow him.

o   Session Three: The God of Compassion (15:16)— The Bible shows us that Jesus had compassion on those suffering physical illness, spiritual confusion and helplessness, physical hunger, and emotional pain. In many NDEs, people experience God’s deep compassion and then feel compelled to extend that compassion to others.

o   Session Four: The God Who Is One Yet Three (15:20)— The Trinity can be difficult to understand, but God’s revealed nature through the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit shows us that he is a God of relationship. By seeking to increase our understanding of the Trinity, we can grow in intimacy with him.

o   Session Five: The God Who Does Life with You (16:33)— God desires a moment-by-moment relationship with us that isn’t just about following the rules or believing the right things. Daily surrender to God and his will frees us to live each day in a relationship of joy with him as we experience his faithfulness and learn to trust him more.
